When will I receive my plaque?

Your plaque is hand-crafted and goes through a multi-step quality assurance process. Most plaques ship from our factory within two weeks. Shipping is usually 1-2 additional days. We can accommodate most rush requests.

Can I customize my plaque?

Absolutely. Many customers request that their pictures, logos, custom text or special colors be included on their plaque. We can also adjust the size of your plaque, if requested. We specialize in providing customization. Many changes are free of charge. Others require a nominal fee.

I was listed as a Top Dentist in another magazine. Can I get a plaque for the other magazine?

No problem. We have most magazines in our vast library. Just give us a call.

I forgot to order my Top Dentist plaque for a previous year or years. Is it too late to order?

Nope. This is by far our most frequently asked question. Some dentists aren't sure what years they were included. We have this information in our files. Just give us a call and we'll walk you through placing your order.

Is there a discount for duplicate plaques?

Yes. We offer a 25% discount on duplicate plaques.

What is a "Virtual Plaque"?

A "Virtual" Plaque is an exact digital graphic of your physical plaque. We reformat it and email it to you. It's usually placed on your website, but many dentists also place it on their professional social media sites such as LinkedIn,  Facebook & Twitter. We can usually email this to you the same day as your order.
